What You'll Do
- Learn the fundamentals of financial advising, client relationship management, and investment strategy
- Support senior advisers while gradually taking on your own clients
- Conduct research, prepare financial plans, and assist with client meetings
- Develop skills in prospecting, business development, and client acquisition
- Gain mentorship and guidance toward becoming a tenured adviser who owns their practice
What We're Looking For
- College degree preferred
- Limited professional experience is fine – we value drive, ambition, and coachability
